ZEPPOLE FOR ST. JOSEPH AND ST. PATRICK'S COOKIE

 Okay I do not celebrate the day.

But Adolph introduced me to Zeppole and the rest is history.

And of course it comes close to St. Patrick's Day so I could celebrate both.

So March has good eating in the sweets department.

GRANPA EATS CORNED BEEF FOR ST. PATRICK'S DAY

So I found lots of interesting recipes for St. Patrick's Day. No Adolph will not eat them. But corned beef  is something he will eat. So corned beef on rye with Kosher dill pickles is my contribution to St. Patrick's Day for him. I will find lots of other food to eat as I will eat most foods. Maybe a beef stew for dinner- Irish style of course.
