Winter and indoors has made the meals well indoor meals. With warmer weather anticipated, it is time to think about barbecue options. So saving any paper that helps to get the charcoals lit is on the agenda. Adolph does not like a gas barbecue so we still use charcoal. Mostly steaks but a pork chop or some pork tenderloin grilled are our favourite meals. We will grill some veggies too like zucchini and eggplant. So thinking of barbecuing gives the feel of winter behind us.
