Adolph and I loved fennel. Usually just with olive and vinegar with some seasoning to taste.
House of Kerrs has a great recipe to use fennel.
So sharing Sonya's recipe seem the right thing to do.

This recipe is so simple and would add to any summer dinner or buffet or barbecue spread.
Busy cooks always need ideas to feed their hungry families.
I will have to try it as I do have some fennel in the fridge.
