Adolph always made gnocchi for one daughter whose birthday is the end of November.
I would be his sous chef. He kneaded the dough. I rolled the dough then cut the pieces with him.
Rolled on a fork or the gnocchi potatoe masher to make the little pieces.
So why I am writing this? Maybe it is time to make some gnocchi again with the cooler weather.
