Making fried zucchini flowers was a favourite of my children that their Nonna made in the summer time.
Sonya made them and posted her recipe that she used.

I had gone on a little farm trip with her and Allegra a couple of years ago. Bought the flowers for the recipe.
They are best eaten warm.
