I decided to try House of Kerrs Peach Ricotta pizza.
Buying some fresh Ontario peaches to use for the recipe. The pizza dough is ready made from Grande Cheese here in Richmond Hill. I bought freshly cut prosciutto.
Let it be a little warm to air to be able to spread it.Ricotta with some diced garlic for taste. Peaches cut in slices. Breaking up the prosciutto in pieces.
Pizza ready for the oven with some parmigiano cheese sprinkled on top.
Cooked with the crust a little golden brown eaten fresh from the oven.
There are more peach recipes I may try. I put some slices in the freezer as it was too much to eat by myself. they will be good for a quick lunch or dinner with other food another time.
